“Good People” (“Minorities”) Political affairs have been held by Ding Wenjiang as the starting point for the political refinement of society. Ding Wenjiang’s individual efforts as a “good man” during the four years of Independent Review and his concrete suggestions on Zhang Xueliang and Chiang Kai-shek constitute the double practice of “good people” under certain conditions. Due to space limitations, this article is impossible to explore all the concerns Ding on the current situation, only intends to focus on the step by step in the face of Japanese aggressors, he made to Zhang Xueliang, Chiang Kai-shek and other top authorities put forward the words.
