建国初期黔东南地区在党和人民政府的领导下,大力开展剿匪运动,彻底根除了黔东南人民长期以来深恶痛绝的匪患,使黔东南各级人民政权获得了巩固,社会秩序日益稳定,为以后的土地改革和社会发展创造了有利条件。
In the early days of the founding of New China, under the leadership of the party and the people’s government, southeastern Guizhou led the campaign of suppression of bandits and completely eradicated the long-suppressed banditry among people in southeastern Guizhou. It consolidated the people’s power at all levels in southeastern Guizhou and steadily stabilized their social order. The land reform and social development have created favorable conditions.
