“祝愿我们的唐山更加美好,期盼唐山人民更加幸福,让我们共同为之努力、为之奋斗!祝同志们五一劳动节快乐!”今年4月30日,市直机关2,3万名党员惊喜地收到了河北省委常委,唐山市委书记赵勇发来的一条短信,温暖而振奋人心的话语如一缕和煦的春风拂过广大党员的心头。这是当日唐山市直机关“手机党校”正式开通后发出的首条短信。也正是自这天起,一个崭新的党员教育平台诞生了。
