9月20日,我省人体特异功能研究会正式成立了。研究会有省卫生厅、省科协、省教育厅、省科委、云南中医学院及附院、昆明医学院及附院、云南大学、昆明物理所、昆明师范学院、市教育局、市卫生局、省一院、市中医院、省煤炭局和省医学情报所等单位的科研人员和领导同志参加。究究会由省卫生厅厅长曾育生同志任理事长。研究会挂靠云南中医学院。省委付书记高治国同志在成立会上作了重要讲话。他肯定了人体特异功能是客观存在的
