本文回顾分析了本院自１９７３年１０月到１９９７年１０月收治的隐匿性甲状腺癌７１例，占同期甲状腺癌病人的４．４％。其中以颈部淋巴结转移为首发症状者２８例，以甲状腺肿块为首发症状者４３例。全部患者均手术治疗。随访１～２４年。全组５、１０、１５、２０年生存率分别为１００％、９２．５％、９０．０％、９０．０％，其１０年生存率与１、Ⅱ期甲状腺癌无明显差异。治疗上要采取积极的态度。
This article reviews 71 cases of occult thyroid cancer treated in this hospital from October 1973 to October 1997, accounting for 4.4% of thyroid cancer patients in the same period. Among them, 28 cases had the first symptom of cervical lymph node metastasis, and 43 cases had the first symptom of thyroid tumor. All patients were treated surgically. Followed up 1-24 years. The 5-year, 10-, 15-, and 20-year survival rates for the whole group were 100%, 92.5%, 90.0%, and 90.0%, respectively, and there was no significant difference in 10-year survival rate and stage 1, stage II thyroid cancer. Treatment should take a positive attitude.
