大学生就业难受到社会普遍关注,如何能让毕业生尽快地从学生转变为职场精英,适应日益激烈的社会竞争,是大学培养人才一个不可忽视的问题。因此,大学生职前教育的培养尤为重要。本文就大学生职前教育的培养进行论述,重点强调大学生职前教育的重要性,通过对学校应届大学生校企实训招聘会的过程分析,发现学生在面试时存在某些问题,论证在高职院校里针对大三学生开展职前教育的必要性,并提出若干具体建议及方法,旨在呼吁社会、政府及家庭关注大学生职前教育,与高校共同完成大学生职前教育的模式规划,为社会就业大环境的改善创造积极意义。
How to enable graduates to change from students to career elites as soon as possible so as to adapt themselves to the increasingly fierce social competition is a problem that can not be neglected in training college students. Therefore, the training of college students pre-school education is particularly important. This article discusses the cultivation of college students pre-service education, with emphasis on the importance of pre-service education for college students. Through the process analysis of the school-based enterprise training of college graduates, we find that students have some problems during the interview. Colleges and universities for the need for pre-primary education for seniors, and put forward a number of specific recommendations and methods designed to appeal to the community, government and families concerned about the pre-service education of college students, colleges and universities to complete the pre-service education with the model program for The improvement of the social employment environment has created positive significance.
