过去,身居城里的机关干部常常抱怨应酬多,既影响了工作和学习,又把自己折腾得精疲力竭。然而现在农村,应酬的风气与城里相比,有过之而无不及。一些乡村干部反映,越来越多的应酬、不必要的接待任务好似一座大山,压得他们喘不过气来。—位乡长为自己算了一笔账:每个月有1/3时间用于吃喝接待,1/3时间用于开会、陪同检查考核,1/3时间用于正常工作。乡村干部陷于过多的接待应酬,不但妨碍了工作的正常开展,而且增加了财政负担,进而损害了党和政府形象,影响了党群干群关系。
