对黑龙江省20个常用自交系与国内主要代表系Mo17、B73、丹340和444组配的80个杂交组合的群体杂种优势效应进行聚类分析。结果表明,K10、7884-7聚为Reid群,吉846、合344、垦44、冬17和杂C546聚为Lancaster群,东6002、81162、黄早四和L105聚为塘四平头群,旅9、丹337和丹705聚为旅大红骨群,东46、7010、海014、甸11、冬96和东237聚为东北群,分析结果与育种经验吻合。
The cluster analysis was conducted on the heterosis effect of the 80 cross combinations of 20 commonly used inbred lines in Heilongjiang Province and the main representative lines Mo17, B73, Dan 340 and 444 in Heilongjiang Province. The results showed that K10, 7884-7 were clustered into Reid group, Ji 846, He 344, Ken 44, Dong 17 and heterozygous C546 as Lancaster group, Dong 6002,81162, Huangzao si and L105 as Tongsiping group, 9, Dan 337 and Dan 705 gather as Luda Red Bone, East 46,7010, Sea 014, Meadow 11, Winter 96 and East 237 gather for the northeast group, the analysis results are consistent with the breeding experience.
