The deformation and recrystallization texture of three types of oriented silicon steel with AIN + MnS, MnS and AIN + Sb were mainly studied by X-ray method. The results show that although they have the same deformation and recrystallization texture components, the relative proportions of the components are different with the composition and process changes: when the high-magnetic-orientation oriented silicon steel is annealed, a large and concentrated { 111} <112> and the right amount of {110} <001> are the necessary conditions for obtaining the best magnetic properties.
