快速溶胶-凝胶法制备YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉及表征

建立一种快速溶胶-凝胶法制备Y AG∶Ce3+荧光粉方法。以聚乙二醇,氧化钇,氧化铈,硝酸铝及硝酸等为原料,实现了该法的快速制备YAG∶Ce3+过程。研究结果表明,通过改进可使该法制备时间缩短至12h以内。X射线粉末衍射,扫描电镜,光谱分析等表明,使用该法较传统溶胶-凝胶法可以获得更高的发光强度。 A rapid sol-gel method for preparing YAG: Ce3 + phosphor was established. With polyethylene glycol, yttrium oxide, cerium oxide, aluminum nitrate and nitric acid as raw materials, the method of rapid preparation YAG: Ce3 + process. The results show that by improving the preparation time can be shortened to 12h. X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, spectroscopic analysis showed that the use of this method than the traditional sol-gel method can obtain higher luminous intensity.
