CDSI系统与电除尘器配置的研究与应用

电除尘器固有的高效、稳定及低运行成本，使其应用日趋广泛。而CDSI（荷电干吸收剂喷射技术）作为一种干法脱硫技术，具有投资省、占地面积小、不增加烟气系统的阻力等显著优点，因而特别适用于原有烟气系统考虑附加脱硫的方案。本文通过CDSI系统与未改造扩容电除尘器配置的理论分析及应用实践，证明了这种配置方式在技术上的可行性。

The inherent high efficiency, stability, and low operating costs of electrostatic precipitators have made their application increasingly widespread. The CDSI (charged dry absorbent spray technology) as a dry desulfurization technology has significant advantages such as low investment, small footprint, no increase in resistance of the flue gas system, etc. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the existing flue gas system to consider additional Desulfurization program. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and practical application of the configuration of the CDSI system and unmodified expansion electrostatic precipitator proves the technical feasibility of this configuration method.
