碳交易进入“实战”阶段,但在配额确定、法律支撑及配套环境方面,还面临诸多挑战。10月底,在国内首期碳交易师培训开班仪式上,广州碳排放权交易所(下称“广碳所”)总裁靳国良称,广东预计年底前正式启动碳排放权交易。目前,中国碳交易试点工作正在稳步推进、蓄势待发。今年6月,深圳碳交易平台正式上线交易,深圳成为全国首个正式启动碳排放交易试点的城市,北京、上海、天津等也都已经进入了试点准备阶段。
Carbon trading has entered a phase of “actual combat” but it still faces many challenges in terms of quota determination, legal support and supporting environment. At the end of October, at the inaugural ceremony of the first carbon trader training in China, Jin Guoliang, president of the Guangzhou Carbon Emission Trading Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “CEF”), said Guangdong expects to officially launch a carbon emissions trading before the end of this year. At present, China’s carbon trading pilot work is steadily advancing, ready. In June this year, the Shenzhen carbon trading platform was formally launched. Shenzhen became the first city in China to formally launch a carbon trading pilot. Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin also entered the pilot phase.
