现阶段,我国正面临经济转型,从高速增长转向中高速增长,经济由要素驱动、投资驱动向创新驱动转变,形成了经济新常态。在这种环境背景下,我国事业单位财务管理存在着诸多问题。本文先揭示了财务管理的创新意识较薄弱;财务管理的创新性手段、技术落后;财务管理制度不健全等问题。最后提出新常态下事业单位的财务管理创新性转变的途径及措施。
At this stage, our country is facing an economic transition, shifting from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth. The economy has been transformed from an element-driven economy to an innovation-driven economy. This has led to the formation of a new economic normal. In this environment, there are many problems in the financial management of public institutions in our country. This article first reveals the weak awareness of financial management innovation; innovative means of financial management, technical backwardness; financial management system is not perfect and so on. Finally, it puts forward the ways and measures of innovative management of financial management in public institutions in the new normal.
