本文介绍四川省地矿局１１３地质队，在菱锶矿的工业价值尚未被人们充分认知的情况下，通过科学实验，找到了用它生产碳酸锶的工艺，办起了碳酸锶厂；在菱锶矿矿源将呈枯竭之势时，又走科技兴厂之路，开展了以天青石为原料生产碳酸锶的新的工艺攻关，研究出了“催化法”，为工厂的继续发展奠定了基础，同时还找到了“还原法”质量差、污染重的解决途径；在企业管理上，实行工资制度改革，引进竞争机制，调整产业结构，发展多种经营，从而取得了良好的效益。
This paper introduces the geological team of Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Sichuan Province. In the case that the industrial value of the strontium and strontium mine has not been fully recognized by people, through the scientific experiment, we found the process of producing strontium carbonate using it and started the strontium carbonate plant. When the strontium and strontium ore source will be depleted, it takes the road of rejuvenating the plant and launching a new process to produce strontium carbonate using celestite as the raw material. A “catalytic method” has been developed to lay the foundation for the continuous development of the plant Based on this, we also found a solution to the problem of poor quality and heavy pollution in the “Reduction Law”. In the management of enterprises, we implemented wage system reform, introduced competition mechanism, readjusted industrial structure and diversified operations, thus achieving good benefits.
