安监总厅政法函[2013]34号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局、总工会,各省级煤矿安全监察局,有关中央企业:按照《国务院办公厅关于集中开展安全生产领域“打非治违”专项行动的通知》(国办发明电〔2012〕10号)的统一部署,2012年4月以来,全国集中开展了打击非法违法生产经营建设、治理纠正违规违章行为专项行动,取得了明显成效。
