目的:观察1%酮康唑眼水和高渗糖联合平胃散治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择真菌性角膜炎病人(湿重热型)24例32只眼,刮取患者的角膜溃疡面附着物,1%酮康唑眼水和高渗糖联合平胃散治疗2周,结果:治愈22例29眼,治愈率90.6%,有效1例1眼,有效率3.13%,总有效率93.8%,无效1例2眼。结论:1%酮康唑眼水和高渗糖联合平胃散治疗真菌性角膜炎具有治愈率高、疗程短、经济实用等优点,值得借鉴。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ketoconazole 1% eye water and high osmiose combined with Pingwei powder in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods: Fungal keratitis patients (wet and heat type) were selected in 24 eyes (32 eyes). The corneal ulcer attachment, 1% ketoconazole eye water and hypertonic glucose combined with Pingwei San were scored for 2 weeks. Results: 22 cases were cured in 29 cases, the cure rate was 90.6%, 1 case was effective in 1 case, the effective rate was 3.13%, the total effective rate was 93.8%, and 1 case was 2 cases. Conclusion: 1% ketoconazole eye water and high osmotic sugar combined with Pingwei powder for the treatment of fungal keratitis has the advantages of high cure rate, short course of treatment, economical and practical, it is worth learning from.
