目前国内NCu30-3-0.5合金锻件的应用领域不断扩大,其需求量也不断增加,但是缺少相应的标准,这给合金锻件的生产及进出口贸易等带来诸多不便。因此,对美国标准ASTM B 865-04进行修改采用,并结合锻压行业的实际情况和现有水平,进行了国家标准《NCu30-3-0.5合金锻件》的研制。该标准规定了多形状、多尺寸NCu30-3-0.5合金锻件的化学成分、力学性能、尺寸及其允许偏差、加工质量、取样、检验、拒收、复检、合格证及标识等要求。按此标准生产的NCu30-3-0.5合金锻件质量可达到国际先进水平。
At present, the application field of NCu30-3-0.5 alloy forgings is expanding constantly, and its demand is also increasing. However, there is a lack of corresponding standards, which brings inconvenience to the production of alloy forgings and the import and export trade. Therefore, the United States standard ASTM B 865-04 modified to adopt, combined with the actual situation of the forging industry and the existing level of the national standard “NCu30-3-0.5 alloy forgings” development. The standard specifies the chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions and tolerances of NCu30-3-0.5 alloy forgings with multi-shape and multi-size, processing quality, sampling, inspection, rejection, retesting, certification and marking requirements. According to this standard NCu30-3-0.5 alloy forging quality can reach the international advanced level.
