过氧化脂质(LPO)是生物膜中多价不饱和脂酸受活性氧自由基冲击生成的脂质过氧化物。LPO的过量生成引起膜的损伤和老化,在衰老发生过程中是一个重要因素,且与某些疾病的发生,许多毒物的致病、致癌、致畸有密切关系。一、正常人血清过氧化脂质水平:404倒正常人经检测平均为4.07±0.78nmol/ml,与文献报导正常人为5nmol/ml以内相一致。各年龄组之间无明显差异。男性比女性高差异显著
