作者观察前列腺素 E_1治疗5例急性心肌梗塞伴左心衰竭病人的血流动力学效果,其中男性3例,女性2例,年龄46~72(平均64)岁,均在急性心肌梗塞和左心功能衰竭后12小时内用前列腺素 E_1静脉滴注,观察前列腺素 E_1静脉滴注后的血流动力学效果。前列腺素 E_1的浓度为0.4μg/ml,最快滴注速度为0.021μg/kg/min,滴注时间为90min。结果:心率无明显增加;平均动脉压和体循环阻力明显降低;肺楔状压自21±3下降至15±1 mmHg(P<0.05);平均肺动脉压和肺血管阻力降低(P<0.05);心脏指数自2.38±0.08增加至2.89±0.58 L/min/M~2(P<0.01);每搏容量自51±17增至59±20 ml/beat
