目前评价子宫内膜容受性手段很多,但价值有限。蛋白组学作为一门高通量的新技术,已经被很多学者用于筛查子宫内膜容受性的分子生物学标志。通过比较子宫内膜蛋白谱从增生期到分泌期、从种植前期到种植窗期动态变化过程,学者们鉴定出了一系列与子宫内膜容受性相关的蛋白。内膜分泌蛋白组学作为一种崭新的无创性评估内膜容受性的方法,在未来子宫内膜容受性标志分子筛选中具有强大的应用价值。
The current evaluation of endometrial receptivity means a lot, but the value is limited. As a new high-throughput technology, proteomics has been used by many scholars to screen molecular markers of endometrial receptivity. By comparing the spectrum of endometrial proteins from proliferative to secretory and from the pre-plantation to the dynamic window of plantation, scholars have identified a series of proteins related to endometrial receptivity. Endometrial secreting proteomics is a new and noninvasive method to assess endometrial receptivity, which is of great value in future screening of endometrial receptivity markers.
