四环素的有关药物动力学参数,国内外虽有报导,但很不一致,变动的范围也较大。同是四环素的片剂,或同是糖衣片或素片,由于其产家或批号不同,临床上所测得的血药浓度或尿药浓度都不尽相同。甚至药的剂型、产家和批号都相同,由于受试者不同其生物利用度也有不同。据有关资料证明四环素的生物利用度与药物的剂型、原料、产家、工艺及受试者即患者有关。
