目前,胚珠培养已成功地用于挽救异花授粉后几天内胚皱缩的杂种。然而。单独采用胚珠培养不能克服杂种不活性。采用两种技术相结合可以克服 Nicotiana repanda Willb 与N.tabacum L.杂交的杂种不活性。那就是:辐照 N.tabacum 的花粉粒,破坏其染色体后授粉,然后将杂交的胚珠离体培养(花粉辐照技术)。本文利用卵细胞辐照技术克服 N.re-panda 与 N.tabacum 之间杂交的杂种不活性,即在用未辐照花粉授粉前,用Υ射线辐照胚珠的卵细胞,然后将杂交的胚珠离体培养。
At present, ovule culture has been successfully used to rescue hybrids within an embryo shrinkage within days after cross-pollination. however. Ovule culture alone can not overcome hybrid inactivity. Combining the two techniques can overcome the hybrid inactivation of Nicotiana repanda Willb and N. tabacum L. That is: irradiating N. tabacum pollen grains, destroying their chromosomes and pollination, and then culturing the hybrid ovules in vitro (pollen irradiation technique). In this paper, the oocyte irradiation technique was used to overcome the hybrid inactivation between N.re-panda and N.tabacum by irradiating the ovule of ovule with γ-ray before pollination with non-irradiated pollen, and then the hybrid ovule was ex-vivo to cultivate.
