Stanley Ldaward, one of the UK’s largest manufacturer of hand-held transmission transmissions in the UK, installed six Buderus 352 IUMW CNC grinding machines to process the increased helical spur gears on the hardened transmission countershaft. These machines are equipped with a cylindrical and cylindrical two grinding head, in a single fixture, the parts of the seven surfaces related to 71 units per hour, the rate of complete fine grinding and forming. Each machine is also equipped with multiple 20-Station Sleeve changers for the purpose of replacing the internal grinding wheel and a set of II-axis parts handling. When the workpiece to be grinded reaches the grinder, the workpiece to be ground, which meets the requirements of the process, is loaded into the CNC grinder which has been subjected to the correct grinding procedure by means of an identification device. Then, grinder according to the following procedures
