我国自行设计和制造的首台4200mm巨型厚板轧机于1978年8月在舞阳钢铁公司安装完毕。它的建造和投产填补了我国宽厚钢板生产的空白,对国防和国民经济各部门的建设和发展都具有重要意义。鉴于“渤海2号”采油船重大事故的教训,冶金部要求对此轧机的投产和使用采取十分慎重的科学态度,积极开展科学研究,对轧机的实际效能进行判断与开发。其主要研究内容有: (1)开工试轧中的负荷监控 出于安全考虑,冶金部令该轧机使用负荷不得超过设计能力的60%,并以此作为负荷试车的基木条件。为此,通过自行设计的测量装置实现了主要力能参数(轧制压力和主轴扭矩)的在线监测。按预期要求控制了轧机负荷,确保了轧机的安全试车和及早开
The first 4200mm giant plate mill designed and manufactured by our country was installed at Wuyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. in August, 1978. Its construction and operation have filled the blank of China’s generous plate production and are of great significance to the construction and development of various national defense and economic sectors. In view of the lesson of “Bohai No.2” oil tanker major accident, the Ministry of Metallurgy requires a very cautious scientific attitude towards the operation and use of the mill, conducting scientific research and judging and developing the actual mill’s actual performance.
