纳米氧化锌在化工、材料、食品及医药等许多领域都有重要的应用,其制备方法也多种多样。燃烧合成是一种快速、便捷、廉价的纳米粒子制备方法。综合评述了近年来利用燃烧合成方法制备纳米氧化锌的研究情况,重点介绍了燃料类型、燃料比、温度和pH值等工艺参数对纳米氧化锌粒径和形貌的影响,以及通过掺杂进行纳米氧化锌改性提高其光、电、磁等性能的研究进展,对目前研究存在的问题及今后的研究思路进行了分析。
Nanometer zinc oxide in the chemical, materials, food and medicine and many other fields have important applications, and its preparation methods are varied. Combustion synthesis is a fast, convenient and inexpensive preparation of nanoparticles. In this paper, the recent research on the synthesis of nano-ZnO by combustion synthesis is reviewed. The effects of the fuel type, fuel ratio, temperature and pH on the particle size and morphology of the nano-ZnO are mainly introduced. The research progress of nanometer zinc oxide modification to improve the properties of light, electricity and magnetism is analyzed. The existing problems and the future research ideas are analyzed.
