The booming development of the Chinese art market is obvious to all. According to the “2011 Annual Report on China’s Art Market” published by the Ministry of Culture, the annual trading volume once reached as high as 210.8 billion yuan, ranking the first in the world with a 24% growth rate. While these numbers are welcome, the path to market maturity, the integrity of the industry chain and the level of health is still a long way off. Although according to the written records, as early as the Song Dynasty in our country, the concept of art and antiques trading center has appeared. However, due to many reasons, a complete economic cycle system has not been formed. In contrast, Western countries in Europe are clearly much more mature.
