我办于1986年10月与国家农业部能环局签订了在东乡县农科所兴建沼气集中供气工程(试点项目)的合同。该工程经过两年多的筹建、施工、安装和使用,于1988年10月正式通过部级验收。一、试点单位的基本情况东乡县农科所位于县城南面,距县城0.75公里,有62户,干部、职工共213人,水田面积194亩。该所饲养的生猪常年存栏1300头,每年向外贸出口生猪2000头,畜牧业产值占全所总产值的85%。因此,猪乡,肥多,每天约有10吨的粪便污水排放,不仅没有得到合理开发和利用,而且又污染了环境。加上该所
