一、设备状态监测与计算机应用 设备状态监测通常是指通过测定设备的某个较为单一的特征参数(例如振动、温度等)来检查其状态是正常或异常。当特征参数小于允许值时便认为正常,否则为异常。常以超过允许值的大小代表故障的严重程度,如达到某一极限值时就应停机检修。若对设备进行定期或连续监测便可获得设备故障发展的趋势性规律,对剩余的寿命作出估计,借此便可进行预测预 First, the equipment status monitoring and computer application equipment condition monitoring usually refers to the measurement equipment through a more single characteristic parameters (such as vibration, temperature, etc.) to check the status is normal or abnormal.
