本文在阐述国内石油企业传统组织结构弊端和正在启动的组织结构变革的基础上,通过现场调研和实证分析,提出了基于油藏经营管理内在需求的人力资源管理配套措施和改革建议。
On the basis of expatiating on the malpractice of the traditional organizational structure of domestic petroleum enterprises and the organizational structure reform being started, this article puts forward the human resources management supporting measures and the reform proposals based on the intrinsic demand of reservoir management by field investigation and empirical analysis.
