目的 研究注射用阿奇霉素在 5 %葡萄糖注射液和 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中的稳定性。方法 用高效液相法测定注射用阿奇霉素的含量。结果 注射用阿奇霉素在 5 %葡萄糖注射液和 0 .9%氯化钠注射液中 12h内稳定。结论 注射用阿奇霉素可与 5 %葡萄糖注射液和 0 .9%氯化钠注射液配伍应用。
Objective To study the stability of azithromycin for injection in 5% dextrose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods The content of azithromycin for injection was determined by HPLC. Results Azithromycin for injection was stable within 12 h in 5% dextrose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Conclusion Azithromycin for injection can be used in combination with 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
