八七年以来,工业处牡丹江机修厂在局科研所的帮助指导下,先后在一台T68卧式镗床上安装了SFB(ZBS—B)型数字显示装置和在两台GA6140普通车床上安装了GSB—1Z型光栅数字显示装置,经一年多,的使用,效果良好,效益显著。 T68机床由于原设计所致,其横向坐标和纵向坐标的进给量是靠机床上的刻尺控制的,因刻度误差和视觉读数误差,影响了加工坐标精度。另外是对操作人员的技术要求较高,劳动强度大,每当加工多孔件时,在进刀过程中因涉及多孔坐标,至少要反复实测两次才能确定并加工。应用数显装置后,横纵坐标的进给量精度通过数显表直接反映给操作者,使其能够直观地把握加工精度,由
