大学生心理、生理、社会实践经验都尚未完全成熟,其心理和身体等各方面的压力日益增大。很多大学生的身体和心理都出现亚健康状态,已严重影响到其心理和身体健康。如不及时采取必要的体育锻炼、规范教育等具体措施,就会影响其健康成长,甚至影响学业。体育是亚健康状态向健康状态转化的重要手段之一,在全民健身广泛开展的今天,使在校大学生和更多的人了解体育对亚健康的预防和消除的独特功能,对在校大学生及全民健身的开展将会起到重要的促进作用。
Undergraduates’ psychology, physiology and social practice have not yet fully mature, and their psychological and physical aspects are under increasing pressure. Many college students are physically and mentally sub-healthy state, has seriously affected their mental and physical health.
