大庆地区防洪工程位于松嫩平原中部,这里大多数是碱渍土和分散性粘土植被也不好.因当地缺少砂砾石料,防洪工程量大,修建护坡费用相当高,而投资有限,故渠道工程就近取土筑堤,且无护坡,导致堤坡破坏普遍而严重,堤坝建成1~2年即遭破坏.按逐年实测资料推算,7~8年后就将使原内、外边坡比1:2.5.堤坝面宽6m的堤坝失去交通作用,甚至遇暴雨决堤.故着重分析分散性粘土坝破坏的原因,为防治工程破坏提此整治措施是非常重要的.
