今年3月科技部颁布的《关于加快发展技术市场的意见》提出“促进技术市场与金融市场、产权市场的衔接”。湖北省产权交易中心与招商银行武汉分行合作,借鉴上市公司股权质押的法规规定,创新“两高”企业的股权质押业务,为科技企业提供融资平台,收到了初步成效。
In March this year, the “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Technology Market” promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology put forward the “promotion of convergence between the technology market and the financial markets and property rights markets.” Hubei Provincial Equity Exchange Center cooperated with Wuhan Branch of China Merchants Bank to learn from the rules and regulations on equity pledge of listed companies and innovate the equity pledge business of “two-high” enterprises to provide financing platform for science and technology enterprises and received initial results.
