我厂DD28电度表中用的磁钢采用熔模铸造法制造,其牌号是铝镍9.6。经大批生产考核证明,我厂电表磁钢的工艺技术是可行的。现将其工艺简介如下: 一、设计铸件图 设计铸件图时,①考虑到磁钢是一种硬而脆的材料(Rc45~50),因此,只在产品要求7的端面上留有Q.5毫米的磨削余量,其余部位均不留加工余量。②为提高制模生产率,同时利用磁钢硬而脆的特点采用自带易割内浇口。③内浇口位置应尽量避开工作使用面。磁钢还要求结晶结构和磁结构。一般内浇口位置应该尽量使结晶方向平行于工作使用定向。④为防止铸件产生缩松、缩孔、开裂等缺陷,内浇口应设置在铸件的厚壁部位,以利铸件顺序凝
