三十四岁,对于一个电影导演来说绝对算是资历颇浅的年龄,因此在职业中遇到些“第一次”是很正常的事情。2002年,面对要拍的《哈罗,同学》,作为导演的我遇到了一个又一个的新问题:第一次用数字设备制作电影,第一次拍儿童片,第一次使用如此多的外国演员,第一次面对几乎全部的非职业演员,另外就是第一次面对要表现的是一个完全陌生的世界。(过去我确实不知道上海那么多外国居民的孩子们在做些什么、想些什么。)
