针对国内马铃薯联合收获机纵向尺寸较大、田间作业掉头不灵活、通过性及稳定性较差的问题,对4U-1400马铃薯联合收获机分离输送装置进行参数分析。主要对该分离输送装置进行理论分析与仿真,并通过田间试验进行验证。田间试验过程发现,当二级土薯分离输送装置刮板高度≥60mm,输送速度为0.8~1.0m/s,倾斜角度≤36°时,薯块输送较平稳,不易伤薯且土薯分离效果较好。该分离输送装置集土薯分离功能和大倾角薯块输送功能于一体,整机结构紧凑。该收获机薯块装袋作业适应于土质疏松、无板结的旱地(覆膜)种植马铃薯的收获;当土壤湿度较大、结块严重时,亦可将薯块集中堆放(液压操纵)或条铺于地面。
