作者通过详细的数据分析和举例说明得出结论,那种认为限制煤基能源化工的发展,就可以抑制我国CO_2排放量增长的观点是不切实际的,恰恰相反,不但在未来我国国民经济持续发展过程中,迫切需要煤基能源化工技术和相应产品、产业集群的发展,而且为了我国能有效的实施和完成减排CO_2的目标,也迫切需要将先进的煤化工技术与许多高耗煤、高排放CO_2的产业相结合。
