美、德等制造业强国在构建其本国国家制造业创新体系中非常重视知识产权。本文对美、德、英及我国台湾地区制造业创新研究机构知识产权经验做法进行了总结和提炼。在此基础上,对我国建设国家制造业创新中心知识产权工作提出四条对策建议:研究制定知识产权指导原则;推动知识产权商业化运用;提高知识产权服务能力;加强知识产权评估。
The United States, Germany and other manufacturing powers attach great importance to intellectual property in building their own national manufacturing innovation system. This article summarizes and summarizes the experiences of intellectual property in manufacturing innovation research institutions in the United States, Germany, Britain and Taiwan. On this basis, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for our country to build the national manufacturing innovation center’s intellectual property work: to study and formulate the guiding principles of intellectual property; to promote the commercialization of intellectual property; to improve the service capability of intellectual property; and to strengthen the evaluation of intellectual property.
