患者曹××男26岁已确诊血友病甲20年。91年2月5日因劈柴不慎木块击伤右眼。当时眼睑肿胀,视力无影响。1天后剧痛、烦躁不安入院。右眼视力无光感。眼睑皮下瘀血,眶内压增高。眼裂约5mm。眼球突出、固定。下方球结膜出血,高度水肿。角膜混浊。瞳孔散大(约6mm),直接、间接光反应消失。视神经乳头境界稍模糊,视网膜广泛水肿,黄斑区呈樱桃红色。出血时间1分钟,凝血时间2分钟,血小板计数125×10~9/L。加压包扎,静脉点滴对羧基苄胺0.4g,地塞米松5mmg。20%甘露醇250ml 静滴,输新鲜全血400ml。3天后,眼睑肿胀
