目的:对紫色花进行显微鉴别。方法:对紫色花的根、茎、叶以及粉末进行显微鉴别研究。结果:根次生构造不发达,内皮层明显,凯氏点可见;茎外韧型维管束众多,排列成环;叶主脉维管束3个,外韧形;粉末中可见2种腺毛和头部较尖的非腺毛等。结论:以上显微特征可作为紫色花的鉴别依据,并可为制定其质量标准提供参考。
Purpose: Microscopic identification of purple flowers. Methods: Microscopic identification studies were conducted on the root, stem, leaf and powder of purple flowers. RESULTS: The secondary root structure was underdeveloped, the endodermis was obvious, and the Kjeldahl spot was visible. There were numerous vascular bundles outside the stem, arranged in rings; the vascular bundles of the main leaf veins were 3, and the outer ones were tough; two kinds of glandular hairs were visible in the powder and Sharper non-glandular hair on the head. Conclusion: The above microscopic features can be used as the identification basis for purple flowers, and can provide reference for the development of their quality standards.
