目的：提高对卵巢外勃勒纳肿瘤（Ｂｒｅｎｎｅｒ瘤）的认识。方法：报告我院１ 例卵巢外发生于腹膜后的恶性Ｂｒｅｎｎｅｒ瘤。对其临床表现、诊断以及治疗和预后进行了讨论，并探讨本病的病理及组织发生学。结论：卵巢外Ｂｒｅｎ－ｎｅｒ瘤术前诊断存在困难，对本病的报道及讨论有助于减少临床和病理误诊
OBJECTIVE: To improve the understanding of extra-ovarian Brenner tumors. Methods: One case of malignant Brenner’s tumor outside the ovary occurred in our hospital. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were discussed, and the pathology and histogenesis of the disease were discussed. Conclusion: Preoperative diagnosis of ovarian extra-Bren-ner tumors is difficult. Reports and discussions on this disease can help reduce clinical and pathological misdiagnosis.
