证券公司的竞争日趋激烈,而竞争成功的关键是如何吸引和保留住有价值的客户,这种吸引力就来自于组织内部的业务流程再造。通过分析BPR-业务流程再造的基本原理,阐述了证券营业部[实施BPR-业务流程再造的必要性,并以国联证券江阴营业部为案例对实际运用业务流程再造原理作了分析。
The competition among securities companies is getting fiercer and the key to the success of the competition is how to attract and retain valuable customers. The attraction comes from the business process reengineering within the organization. By analyzing the basic principle of business process reengineering (BPR), this paper expounds the necessity of securities business department [to implement BPR-business process reengineering] and analyzes the principle of business process reengineering by taking Jiangyin Business Department of Guolian Securities as an example.
