为加强对城市燃气输配管网的安全管理,采用故障模式与影响分析法(FMEA)构建该系统的风险评估体系。其中,针对专家群决策的主观性和不确定性的问题,提出将相关算子引入风险优先数(RPN)的计算中。同时,结合权重分析、专家调查法,得出该系统的5种故障模式的风险优先次序,系统化地分析故障原因及影响,并提出相应的纠正措施。结果表明,引入相关算子可直接对语言变量进行一次计算,定量化地表征故障模式的风险优先次序。
In order to strengthen the safety management of urban gas transmission and distribution network, the risk assessment system of the system is constructed by using failure mode and impact analysis (FMEA). In view of the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert group decision-making, this paper proposes to introduce the relevant operators into the calculation of risk priority number (RPN). At the same time, combined with weight analysis and expert investigation, the risk priorities of the five failure modes of the system are obtained, the causes and effects of failures are systematically analyzed, and the corresponding corrective measures are put forward. The results show that the introduction of relevant operators can directly calculate the linguistic variables and quantitatively characterize the risk priorities of failure modes.
