本文介绍了虚拟样机技术的概念和传统过山车的设计方案 ,着重介绍利用ADAMS软件对“单环滑车”进行建模 ,并通过虚拟仿真对过山车的运动和受力特性进行分析。这些结果为改进过山车的设计 ,提高过山车的安全性能提供了依据。
This paper introduces the concept of virtual prototyping technology and the design of traditional roller coaster. The paper mainly introduces the modeling of “monocycle block” by using ADAMS software and the analysis of the roller coaster ’s movement and stress characteristics by virtual simulation. These results provide the basis for improving the design of roller coaster and improving the safety performance of roller coaster.
