目的 :研究知母皂苷 (SAaB)对衰老大鼠脑乙酰胆碱受体的影响。方法 :采用放射受体配体结合实验 ,测定大鼠脑皮层M ,N受体的密度及亲和力。结果 :与正常成年大鼠比较 ,衰老大鼠大脑皮层M受体的密度和亲和力无明显变化 ,而脑N受体的密度显著减少 ;SAaB能剂量依赖性地增加衰老大鼠脑N受体的数目 ,对M受体无明显影响。结论 :SAaB对衰老大鼠脑N受体有上调作用
Objective : To study the effect of timosaponin (SAaB) on brain acetylcholine receptors in aging rats. METHODS : The radioreceptor ligand binding assay was used to determine the density and affinity of M and N receptors in rat cerebral cortex. RESULTS: Compared with normal adult rats, there was no significant change in the density and affinity of M receptors in the cerebral cortex of aged rats, but the density of brain N receptors was significantly reduced; SAaB could increase the brain N receptor in the rat brain in a dose-dependent manner. Number, no significant effect on M receptors. Conclusion : SAaB upregulates brain N receptor in aging rats
