扶贫先扶智,人才是关键。日前,团深圳市委首度将全国公益组织黑土麦田的“乡村创客计划”带入广东,对口帮扶村河源市三乐村,探索“人民团体+社会组织”精准扶贫新模式,引导优秀青年投身乡村创新创业,以实现精准扶贫。黑土麦田是一家全国性公益组织,以培育最优秀的农村创客为己任,由耶鲁大学和哈佛大学的优秀中国毕业生联合创办,民政部批准成立。据了解,目前两名乡村创客以及黑土麦田募资专员已进驻三乐村,正在和扶贫工作队
