2008年7月23日,北京市第二中级人民法院一审宣判了李子健及其父母、妹妹杀人碎尸案。法院一审以故意杀人罪判处李子建死刑,李子建的父母、妹妹因参与犯罪也被判处3年至5年不等的有期徒刑。2005年7月27日,李子建的妻子方莉因与公婆发生争执,被丈夫李子建用铁锤砸伤,并在杀妻后和父亲、妹妹一起将其分尸抛尸,还隐瞒案情。然而,谁也不会想到这起惨案的导火索竟然是父母对子女那种均富济贫的平均主义亲情……
On July 23, 2008, the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Beijing Municipality announced the verdict of the murder of Li Zijian and his parents and sister in the first instance. The Court of First Instance sentenced Li Zijin to death with intentional homicide. Li Zijian’s parents and sister were also sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 3 to 5 years for participating in the crime. On July 27, 2005, Li Zijian’s wife, Fang Li, was injured by a hammer with her husband Li Zijian because of a dispute with her in-laws. After she killed her wife, she felled her body with her father and sister and concealed her case.
