目的:探索复方抗感冒颗粒的提取工艺合理性,对提取工艺参数进行筛选并优化。方法:以HPLC法测定黄芩中的黄芩苷含量为考察指标,采用正交设计实验法进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺应为:净药材投料,加8倍量的冷水浸泡30分钟,煎煮2小时,滤过,收集滤液;药渣加水8倍量,煎煮1小时,滤过,合并滤液。结论:优选得到的提取工艺参数稳定、可行。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the rationality of the extraction process of compound anti-cold granules and to optimize and optimize the extraction process parameters. Methods: The content of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was determined by HPLC. The orthogonal design was used to optimize the baicalin content.
