煤矿安全监察员职业道德水平的高低直接影响到整个煤矿安全生产工作的好坏。随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入,煤矿安全监察员的职业道德建设也面临新的考验,越来越无法满足当前煤矿安全生产形势的需求,煤矿安全监察员职业道德存在的现实问题制约并影响煤矿的安全生产。本文指出,为了适应新形势的需要,须从安全监察体制、安全监察立法、安全监察员自身道德素质等几方面入手分析,加强煤矿安全监察员职业道德规范建设,提高煤矿安全监察员职业道德水平。
The level of professional ethics of coal mine safety inspectors directly affects the quality of work safety in coal mines. With the continuous deepening of the market economy reform in our country, the construction of professional ethics of coal mine safety inspectors is also facing new challenges and is increasingly unable to meet the needs of the current coal mine safety production situation. The practical problems of coal mine safety inspectors’ professional ethics are restricted and affected Coal mine safety production. This paper points out that in order to meet the needs of the new situation, we must start with analyzing the safety inspection system, safety inspection legislation and safety inspectors’ own moral qualities, so as to enhance the professional ethics of mine safety inspectors and improve the professional ethics of coal mine safety inspectors .
